You must not use the Service to analyse websites you do not have authorisation to access, to conduct denial-of-service attacks, or to circumvent security measures.

• Scan websites without the owner's permission
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell or redistribute analysis results as your own product without attribution

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis results.

SEO scores and recommendations are generated automatically and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementing changes.

SEOCheckPilot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You may use many features without registering. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We process account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you submit a URL for analysis, our servers fetch that URL and related page content. Results may be cached temporarily. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe subject to Stripe's terms.

The Service uses third-party AI providers for AI-powered features, Stripe for payments, and (with your consent) a support chat widget. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to data they process.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.
